Did you remember to update the program year in the TOPSpro options? If not, TOPSpro may not allow you to create new records in the current school year. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Login to TOPSpro and click on Options from the Tools menu.

  2. Click on the Defaults tab.

  3. Change the Program Year dates to 07/01/2008 thru 06/30/2009

  4. Click OK to return to the program. You’re now setup for the current academic year.
